(Fees consists of preparing and handing of the required Power of Attorney Document, filing the application and reporting the status of filing particulars, acceptance and advertisement of the application (for opposition purposes), publication and registration fees, obtaining and forwarding the Certificate of Registration.)

Ⅲ. MISC.(Additional Service Charges 額外服務)
a) Statement of 「Intend to Use」 準備將會使用的聲明 $3，000 $390

If the trademark is not yet used in USA, it is necessary to prepare this Statement of Intend to Use. If the trademark is currently used in the USA in business activities, this fee can be eliminated.
(The fees consists of preparing the statement of Intend to Use, obtaining execution and filing statement with Patent and Trademark Office)
如商標尚未在美國使用，那就必須準備一份將會使用哪個商標的聲明。如商標已在美國使用，費用便可免除。
Note: Before getting the certificate, three specimens or photo of the marks on goods (for goods mark ) or on ads literature (for service mark) should be submitted together with first used date in any where and in interstate or international commerce within half year time. The date can be the same.
備註：在拿到證書之前，必須提交3張照片的樣本（有關產品的商標）或廣告文章樣本（有關服務商標）並連同在任何地方半年內的第一次商業使用證明。
b) Drafting, Amending and Filing Arguments 申辯費用

1． It is important to note that all figures given above are estimates rather than strict quotations, and are representative of our typical current charges on ordinary cases of ordinary complexity. The cost will be higher if, in carrying out the work, more time is required than is here anticipated, or if any additional matters or points arise. The estimates are based upon the information that is presently available and prevailing exchange rates (other than HKD and USD mentioned above). We cannot guarantee the estimates for obvious reasons.
