Ⅰ. SEARCH 查詢（Optional 非必須的）
Availability search ：綜合的查詢及報告

申請前查詢的作用是找出類似或相同並對申請有影響的已申請/註冊的商標。
此費用包括在商標註冊署進行商標查詢､分析和報告查詢結果以及提供建議。
Ⅱ. FILING OF APPLICATION申請 費用 (for one trademark one class以一個商標一個類別計算)
a) Principal/Associated/Defensive marks

(Fees consists of preparing and handling of the required Power of Attorney Document instructing our associate/agent to filing the application and reporting the status of filing particulars, acceptance and advertisement of the application (for opposition purposed),government fees, publication and registration fees, obtaining and forwarding the Certificate of Registration.)
Validity : TEN (10) years.

Ⅲ .MISC. ( Additional Service Charges 額外服務)
a) Drafting, Amending and Filing Arguments申辯費用

separate quotation will be issued for cases involving court proceeding.
此費用只限於一般申辯及會因為案件的複雜程度而有所調整。

B． Procedure for applying trade mark registration 商標註冊申請的程序
Ⅰ.A word, logo or both, which is distinctive, can be applied for trademark registration.
任何具顯著性的文字､圖案或文字加圖案的標記均可申請註冊。
Ⅱ. An availability search is usually suggested to find out whether there is any similar or identical filed/registered marks which may bar your application. After the search, the filing of the mark will be applied in the specified class with up to 20 designated goods or services. There are totally 45 classes. The fees for trademark application is for 10 years and the trademark could be renewed every 10 years.
申請前查詢的作用是找出類似或相同並對申請有影響的已申請/註冊的商標。查詢後再分類為最多二十項指定物品或服務，總共有45類。費用為有效期十年。之後可在到期日或之前，續期十年。
Ⅲ. Upon filing, the trademark office will examine the mark in the application. If the application fulfills the requirement then the application will be granted by the examiner and the trademark office will publish the application in the gazette. If no opposition is filed within 3months form date of publication, the trademark office will grant and issue a certificate. The normal time span from filing to obtaining a certificate will take approximately 12 to 18 months.
提交申請後，商標註冊署審查員會對申請作出審查。如申請合乎商標法條例及沒有牴觸其他註冊或已申請註冊的商標，註冊署會發出公告許可證及列明商標獲准註冊所須遵辦的條件。如在公告日期起計之3個月內沒有人提出反對，申請人便可申領註冊證書。由申請日至發出證書需時大約12到18個月。

1． It is important to note that all figures given above are estimates rather than strict quotations, and are representative of our typical current charges on ordinary cases of ordinary complexity. The cost will be higher if, in carrying out the work, more time is required than is here anticipated, or if any additional matters or points arise. The estimates are based upon the information that is presently available and current exchange rates (other than HKD and USD mentioned above). We cannot guarantee the estimates for obvious reasons.
