The fees includes professional service fees of classifying the goods or services, preparing the relevant application form , preparing the required Power of Attorney, filing the application and reporting filing particulars.
此費用包括分類物品及服務，準備申請表格和處理必需的授權書文件，提出申請作出
有關報告。
b) ACCEPTANCE OF REGISTRATION 註冊費用
（for one trademark one class） 以一個商標一個類別計算 ¥150000
(additional class of the same trademark) 同一商標每多一項類別費用 ¥130000
The fees includes professional service fees of reporting the allowance of publication, preparing for the publication of Government Gazette, paying official fees, reporting acceptance of registration, obtaining and forwarding the Certificate of Registration.
此費用包括報告公告的許可通知､辦理公告事宜､報告獲准註冊通知､領取及寄上註冊證書以及繳付官方費用。
Validity: TEN (10)years 有效期為十年。
Ⅲ .MISC. ( Additional Service Charges 額外服務)
a) Drafting, Amending and Filing Arguments申辯費用
( simple argument per case)簡單申辯 ¥48000-160000
The argument fees may be adjusted based on the complexity of the cases, separate quotation will be issued for cases involving court proceeding.
此費用只限於一般申辯及會因為案件的複雜程度而有所調整。另涉及法院程序的案件會根據個別律師的費用而定，我方將會預先通知。
b) Renewal 續期為十年 （for 10 years）

B． Procedure for applying trade mark registration 商標註冊申請的程序
Ⅰ.A word, logo or both, which is distinctive, can be applied for trademark registration.
任何具顯著性的文字､圖案或文字加圖案的標記均可申請註冊。
Ⅱ. An availability search is usually recommended to find out whether there is any similar or identical filed/registered marks which may bar your application. After the search, the filing of the mark will be applied in the specified class. There are totally 45 classes with up to 10 designated goods or services. The fees for trademark application is for 10 years and the trademark could be renewed every 10 years.
申請前查詢的作用是找出類似或相同並對申請有影響的已申請/註冊的商標。查詢後再分類為最多十項指定物品或服務，總共有45類。費用為有效期十年。之後可在到期日或之前，續期十年。
Ⅲ. After the filing of the application, the Registry will examine the mark in the application. If the application fulfills the requirement, then the application will be granted by the examiner and the Registry will require the applicant to advertise the trademark. If no opposition to the application is filed in 2 months time, the Registry will grant the application and issue the certificate. The time span from filing to obtaining a trademark will normally take approximately 18 months.
提交申請後，商標註冊署審查員會對申請作出審查。如申請合乎商標法條例及沒有牴觸其他註冊或已申請註冊的商標，註冊署會發出公告許可證及列明商標獲准註冊所須遵辦的條件。如在公告日期起計之2個月內沒有人提出反對，申請人便可申領註冊證書。由申請日至發出證書需時大約18個月。

3. For payment in US dollar (USD), please divide the amount by 7.7 and round up to the nearest dollar. (e.g. JPY 1000 in USD → USD(1000/107)=USD 9.35 where ¥107 is a prevailing rate for reference only).
