Availability Search (One mark one class):
a) On-line Availability Search (Optional but recommended) $2,000 $220

(IPIHK can arrange the search in Hong Kong by paid on-line systems, but the
mark should be in character form. The aim of the search is to find out whether
there is any filed/registered similar or identical marks which may bar your
application. The fees consists of conducting the search in the Trade Marks
Registry, obtaining relevant print out and reviewing and reporting the search
results with advice on registration）

Ⅱ。FILING AND REGISTRATION OF APPLICATION 申請費用

Fees consists of preparing and handling of the required Power
of Attorney Document, filing the application ,official fees, obtaining the
Certificate of Registration and reporting the status of filing particulars.

報告獲准註冊通知､領取及寄上註冊證書以及繳付官方費用.
Fees for Certified Mark will be available upon request.
如商標需要公證，將收取額外費用。
VALIDITY：TEN （10）Years 有效期為十年。

1. It is important to note that all figures given above are estimates rather than strict quotations, and are representative of our typical current charges on ordinary cases of ordinary complexity. The cost will be higher if, in carrying out the work, more time is required than is here anticipated, or if any additional matters or points arise.
